Clear terms before work begins.

The basic rules for using this website and discussing services with Booked Better.

Pre-launch draft

These website terms do not replace a client agreement. Business registration details and final contract language must be inserted and reviewed before launch.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Website information

This website provides general information about Booked Better and its services. It is not a binding proposal, professional legal or financial advice, or a promise that a particular service is suitable for every business.

Services and proposals

Project scope, deliverables, timing, revisions, fees, payment terms, ownership, cancellation and support will be set out in a written proposal or client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Advertising spend and third parties

Google media spend is separate from Booked Better service fees and is intended to be paid directly by the client through the client’s advertising account. Google, hosting, scheduling, analytics and other third-party services operate under their own terms and availability.

Results and case studies

Case studies report supplied historical results for a stated client, market and period. Booked job value is revenue, not profit. Past performance does not guarantee leads, booked jobs, profitability or the same outcome in another market, season, budget or business.

Performance commitments

Campaign performance depends in part on search demand, competition, seasonality, accurate business information, timely approvals, active budgets and tracking, service capacity, competitive pricing and prompt handling of enquiries. Any forecast-based qualified-lead target and any no-fee management extension must be defined in the signed agreement. It is not a refund or a guarantee of booked jobs, revenue or profit.

Intellectual property

Booked Better retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, tools and working methods. Ownership and transfer of completed client websites, content and other deliverables will be defined in the applicable agreement after payment obligations are met.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party services. Any limitations of liability for paid work will be stated in the client agreement and applied only to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and contact

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada. Questions can be directed to hello@bookedbetter.ca.
