Information we collect
When you request a strategy call, we may collect your name, business name, website, email address, phone number, service area, services of interest, advertising budget range, available capacity, goals and contact preference.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your request, assess whether our services may fit, prepare for a conversation, respond to you, provide a proposal if requested and maintain reasonable business records.
Consent and marketing
Submitting the form gives us permission to respond about that request. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If we later introduce promotional email, it will use a separate consent process and an unsubscribe option.
Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. The website and form run on Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse, Resend delivers strategy-call requests, and Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming mail to the Booked Better inbox. Scheduling, analytics and call tracking are not currently connected.
Cookies and analytics
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. The website does not currently have live analytics, advertising tags or call tracking connected. This section will be updated before any additional measurement technology is activated.
Retention and security
We will retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated business or legal purpose and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask a privacy question by contacting hello@bookedbetter.ca. This address receives incoming email through Cloudflare Email Routing.
